30-day, no-questions-asked refund.If you don't find immediate value, email us within 30 days of purchase. You'll get your money back within 3 business days. No hoops, no questions.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@buildsmart.academy with your order email address and the subject line “Refund Request.” We process refunds within 3 business days.

Eligibility

Request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
Applies to the full purchase price of $250
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your download access will be deactivated. We trust you to delete any downloaded files — though we can't technically enforce this for digital goods.
